When selecting a protein powder I am very specific about what I look for. I prefer plant based protein powders, with no sugars, or artificial ingredients. I also prefer pea protein as the main source of plant protein. It’s amino acid profile is very similar to whey protein which means it is quickly absorbed and great for building muscle. There has even been research suggesting pea protein is a superior protein for weight loss.

I love having a good green juice powder around to throw into shakes and smoothies when I don’t have the time to juice. Green Dream Training Machine Protein Shake Recipe
- 8oz coconut beverage
- 1 serving of your favorite plant based vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving of your favorite greens powder
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- 4 ice cubes
- Optional: handful of spinach
- Add ingredients to blender in order listed
- Blend on high for 1 minute
