You can also throw a few of these fun suspension trainer moves into one of your favorite routines to mix it up and take your workout to a new level!
Make sure to set your Suspension System up properly with a safe and stable base of support. For all of these moves make sure to maintain a natural spine with your abs engaged to protect your lower back. Suspension trainer moves can be made more challenging by moving closer to the support. Like wise, if you need to take some resistance off move further away from your support. Remember form first, always! Practice good form and proper movements before progressing to a more challenging position. It is important to build the proper neuromuscular connection by doing the moves right. If you are new to suspension training take it slow and learn the moves, it will pay off in the long run!
